Carpaccio with an Asian twist
Super easy and ready in under 5 minutes. Delicious for warm days or as an appetizer for your guests!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• Juice of half a lime
• Half an apple, thinly sliced
• Handful of fresh chives, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 portions of carpaccio
• Sesame seeds, roasted
Preparation method:
1. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, honey and lime juice in a bowl.
2. Add the apple slices and chives to the dressing and mix well.
3. Place the carpaccio on plates and spread the dressing with apple and chives over it.
4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.
