    • DHL Standard – €6.20 (1-2 business days delivery time)
    • Free shipping on orders over €85

  • Delivery time

    • Orders are shipped within one business day. (Exception: the aforementioned holidays)
    • You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is on its way.

  • International Shipping

    Belgium & Germany

    • DHL Standard – €7.95 (2-3 business days delivery time)
    • PostNL Standard – €9.50 (2-4 business days delivery time)
    • Free shipping on orders over €100
    • We currently only ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Contact us for other destinations.

How do you return an order?

  1. Send an email to info@menutjemarechal.nl with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Please pack the product carefully and return it.
  4. Once we receive it, you will receive a confirmation and your refund will be processed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns Policy

    • You can return your order within 14 days , provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
    • Return costs are at your own expense, unless it is our mistake.

  • Refunds

    • After receiving and inspecting your return, your money will be processed and refunded within 1-10 business days , depending on the payment method.
