You can pay safely with us using iDEAL, PayPal, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Klarna and Apple Pay.

📦 Can I still change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we may still be able to adjust or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@menutjemarechal.nl or send us a WhatsApp message at +316 20697683.

🚀 How do I know if my order has been received correctly?

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Didn't receive one? Check your spam folder or contact us.

2. Shipping & Delivery

€ What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands range from €5.95 to €6.75, depending on the delivery service you choose. Orders over €75 are shipped free of charge.

⏳How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders within 2 business days . You'll receive a tracking link once your package has been shipped. For more information, please visit the Shipping & Returns page. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the holidays, there will be no shipping between August 7th and 13th.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Belgium and Germany. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.

📦 Which delivery services do you work with?

📬 Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.

3. Returns & Exchanges

🔄 Can I return my order?

Yes! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. See the return instructions on the Shipping & Returns page.

📅 How long do I have to return a product?

You have 12 days after receipt to submit a return. See the return instructions on the shipping and returns page.

💰 Can I get my money back or exchange it?

You can choose a refund or a different product. Refunds are processed within 1 to 10 business days .

4. Product Information & Use

Are the oil dispensers dishwasher safe?

No, the dispensers are not dishwasher safe. To maintain their quality and design, we recommend wiping them with a slightly damp cloth.

Can I have a design made myself?

Have something in mind? We don't currently offer custom designs, but send us an email at info@menutjemarechal.nl and we'll be happy to see what we can do for you!

✨Are the oil dispensers filled?

No, the oil dispensers aren't filled with oil or vinegar. You can fill them yourself with your favorite oil or vinegar!

🔥 Are the bottles heat resistant?

Our ceramic bottles are designed for oils and vinegars, but we do not recommend heating them directly.

🧽 How do I best clean the dispensers?

Keep the exterior dry and do not use any detergents or water. Wipe with a dry cloth. Rinse the interior with warm water and a little vinegar. Do not use harsh cleaning agents.
