Greek chicken bowl
A fresh and healthy recipe. Truly my new favorite, and only around 500 calories.

Ingredients :
For the chicken marinade:
β’ 2 chicken fillets
β’ 3 tbsp low-fat yogurt
β’ 2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
β’ 1 tsp olive oil
β’ 1 tsp oregano
β’ 1 tsp thyme
β’ 1 tsp paprika powder
β’ 1 tsp salt
β’ 1 tbsp lemon juice
Tzatziki:
β’ 5 tbsp low-fat yogurt
β’ 1 tsp honey
β’ 1 tbsp lemon juice
β’ 1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
β’ Pepper to taste
β’ 1 clove of garlic (grated)
β’ Β½ tsp olive oil
Other ingredients:
β’ 120 g pearl couscous
β’ Cucumber (in segments)
β’ Cherry tomatoes (halved)
β’ 2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
β’ Salt and pepper
Preparation method :
Marinate the chicken by mixing it with yogurt, garlic, olive oil, herbs, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. Pan-fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
Cook the pearl couscous according to the package directions and season with a little salt.
For the tzatziki, mix all the ingredients and set aside.
Build the bowl by starting with the couscous, followed by the cucumber, tomatoes, and chicken slices. Top with the tzatziki, extra parsley, and a little pepper.
