Spicy tuna tostadas

A variation on prawn tostadas, but with a spicy twist. Perfect as an appetizer or a tasty tapas snack with drinks or lunch. And ready in just fifteen minutes!🌶️🍴

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients for 8 mini tostadas:
2 tortillas
1 tbsp olive oil
150 g fresh tuna, cut into small cubes
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp wasabi
0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Juice of 1 lime
1 avocado, diced
1 tsp crispy chili oil
1 tbsp crème fraîche
Salt and pepper to taste
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced

Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
1. Cut 4 small circles from each tortilla using a glass or small bowl. Place the circles on a baking sheet. Brush the tortilla circles with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Keep a close eye on them; you don't want them to brown too much.
2. Mash the avocado together with the juice of half a lime, 1 tsp crispy chili oil, 1 tbsp crème fraîche, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix the tuna cubes with 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp wasabi, 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and the juice of the other half lime.
Divide the mashed avocado among the crispy tostada rounds. Spoon the tuna mixture over the avocado. Top each tostada with a jalapeño ring for extra kick.
